Location: Westfield, NJ
Type: Multi-Living – Amenities & Unit Design
Description:
This luxury residential development was designed to appeal to both young families and affluent empty-nesters seeking a refined, modern lifestyle. The client envisioned amenity spaces that feel both upscale and welcoming, with a focus on comfort, versatility, and timeless design. Spanning approximately 9,000 sq. ft., the amenity scope included the lobby, clubroom, sports simulator, yoga studio, fitness center, mailroom, leasing office, and building corridors. In addition, the project involved custom unit fireplace design and interior selections across the residential units.
My Role:
Collaborated with the design team on programming, concept development, and design
Led Revit modeling and handled detailed 3D development across the entire project
Produced the construction documentation set with senior designer input
Created renderings for client presentations to communicate design intent
Contributed to FF&E selections across amenity spaces and units
Managed material samples and coordinated with vendors for team and client review
* The following visuals represent select stages and elements from the design process. This is a curated sample and not a full documentation of the project.
