VE-GO is a 12,000 sq. ft. fine dining restaurant and bar inspired by vegan cuisine and the artistry of food presentation. The concept draws from the organic beauty and sculptural quality of plant-based dishes, expressed through spatial forms, textures, and bold material contrasts.
Guided by the words reflective, artistic, and sculptural, the design explores how physical space can evoke the same creativity and complexity found in the culinary experience. The restaurant features four distinct dining areas, each offering a curated atmosphere through expressive ceiling treatments, curated artwork, and immersive finishes. A video walk-through showcases the full sensory experience of the space.
